FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (Controller Electronics)

 

CHEM-LESS warrants this Ionization System to the original purchaser against defective parts and workmanship for FIVE YEARS from the purchase date according to the following schedule:

• The  CONTROLLER electronics will be repaired or replaced with no charge during the first year.

•  For the remaining years, all electronics parts will be 100% covered.  However, the Customer will pay labor and handling charges.

 

EXCLUSIONS:  This warranty does not apply to damage due to lightning or other acts of God, abuse, misuse, negligence, improper installation, electrodes not manufactured by the company, commercial use, unauthorized or improper repairs, or failure of the pool owner to maintain a constant pH of between 7.2 and 7.6.  This warranty does not include pool staining, which can occur for a variety of reasons, including improper maintenance, and is beyond the company's control.  This warranty does not include the electrodes, which are subject to normal wear and must be replaced periodically.  This warranty is limited to repair or replacement and does not include consequential damage or installation expenses, and is in lieu of any and all other warranties, either expressed or implied.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may have others which may vary from state to state.

Repair or replacement covered by this warranty will be completed within thirty (30) working days.  Should the defect not be covered by this warranty, a written explanation will be provided to the customer.  All non-registered warranties start 90 days from the shipping date to the dealer or customer.                      

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (Electrodes/PSI Switch)

 

CHEM-LESS warrants this set of Electrodes/Pressure Switch to the original purchaser against defective parts and workmanship for a period of one (1) years from the purchase date.

The Electrodes/ Pressure switch will be  replaced with no charge during the first  years.(normal wear excluded on electrodes) Your electrodes replacement will be prorated.
